As soon as your order is placed our print studio prepare the image for high resolution printing and the framing workshop prepare the frame for the glass or canvas size you have chosen. 

Once complete, the finishing team will assemble the order and quality check it. Once signed off, the order is carefully packaged ready for dispatch & the collection is booked with our courier partner.

This is decision based on budget and size.

Framed wall art is more expensive, but looks more refined and impressive. Choosing a black, white or wood frame can also help to tie together the room with the image itself. The colour of the printed image is also more vivid on paper than on canvas which absorbs more of the ink. We can frame up to approx 1.8m on the longest side. Frames can also be reused in the future by replacing the print.

However, canvas wall art is very cost-effective, and can print up to almost any size on the longest side. It also weighs less than the framed options and is therefore easier to hang.

Wall art can get easily lost on a big wall. Simply put, order the largest size the space and your budget allows for. We sometimes have customers wishing they had gone a size larger, but as yet no one has wished they had gone smaller!

Of course, it is important to leave sufficient space around the wall art that it doesn't looked shoehorned in, but as most of our images are quite dramatic, try to give them enough size that you will notice them and enjoy them.

Yes sure! You simply need to order the size and frame/canvas of your choice here and e-mail us the image. If you like, you can send the image first and we'll advise on the print quality and send you a mock-up to approve before you order.

We only sell images as framed prints or on mounted canvas. We can however send you the high resolution image as a digital file for R450.


Because of the personalised nature of the image, size and frame you choose, refunds or replacements cannot be granted for a change-of-mind.

However, replacements are manufactured and sent immediately for incorrect orders, and in the instance that an order arrives damaged. Photographic proof of the damage needs to be sent immediately on receipt of the order. If the package is not checked when received, replacements cannot be given at a later date.

We print on a high specification Epson printer, and all orders are QC checked for colour and quality comparison with the website image prior to dispatch. However, should the product arrive markedly different from how it is shown on the website, please send photographic proof of your concerns, and a replacement will be immediately manufactured and sent.


The manufacturing process takes us 3-4 days. The courier will then collect and process the delivery via their depot, before sending it out on transit. 

For Cape Town you should have it within 5 working days, for other main cities it will be within 7 working days, and for outlying area 7-10 working days.

We do offer an express service for R150 where your order will be fast tracked and you should receive it in a day or two less than the above.


Our manufacturing studio is in Observatory, Cape Town. However, because we make-to-order we do not display pre-made wall art in a gallery setting, we are an online store only.
